Smile Rebate Redux

The rebate on the Mustang has been increased from $1,500 to $2,250. If you want one, get it now. It isn't going to get any cheaper than this.

Hey Gearhead, just so you know, the rebate you listed isn't the same in every region. It varies in value from region to region. Where I am located (SE Pennsylvania) the rebate is still the same its been, which is $1,500.

We'll probably see some really good prices just before the 2010 comes out.

It will get significantly better. I bought my 07 right after the 08s came out, and got a $3,500 rebate.

Only 1000 here in So Cal. And the dealer I have been talking to about an 08 Bullitt INSISTS there are no current rebates. Guess who's business he WON'T be seeing....

So, when should one expect the rebates to bump higher??

I got $2,500 in my region, TX, last year on my '08. So its headed about the same way. At that time my dealer had a PJ, GT500, 2-SGT's, 2-SC281, 2-GT's with Saleen SC's, and about 6 GT's. Today they have 1 V6. I don't know about other dealers, but around here they either quit getting them a while ago or they've sold out.

I fyou ever want to know the current incentives, just shoot me a PM with your ZIP code. I'll be happy to check it for you, so you know if the dealer you are using is full of it, or playing fair.

Same here. Got $3,500 plus x-plan plus "aged inventory" plus a great price on my trade-in. Bottom line is I was able to trade my 06 Deluxe in on an 07 Premium for around 2200 diff.
