I was looking at the web site that sells the tint for the rear and came upon this pic. I don't know about you but the over all looks of the 04 cobras rear end looks more mean than the 05. I know, I'm taking in consideration of the 315's on the back ,but the overall shape is better inop. Now my question is. After looking at the after market rear end kits. How can the 05 rear match up to the rear of the mean looks of the 04 mustang. Do ya think that it is possible to out do the looks of this beauty above(04 cobra)?????????????????

Just needs to be lowered and fatter tires, it will make it look a lot meaner.

if you took a picture of the 05 rear end through a fish eye lense it would look like tha cobra

 

What do you guys think of a duck tail on the 05 that doesn't go all the away across like the cobra pic above??? Duck tail only on trunk area. Now that i compair bothe pic. the spoiler looks like doodoo compaired to the short ducktail on the 04. That is considered a duck tail right??

Another question for all of you. Notice the inward slant of the tail lights (closest to the middle) Do you think the car would give off a better apearance if the tail lights were slanted outward like the 04??? Not a lot, but as drastic as the shape of the slant on the 05 is now??

Yeah they need to be tucked under the wells to have a sleek mean look.

 

I have to agree with the orignal poster. I really like the cobra rear end better than the 05 (it has nothing to do with the tires). However, I like everything else on the 05 better than the cobra (as far as aesthitics).
