I have ICAP ordered, I love the red looks real good. How about some opinions from you ICAP owners.
After the fact is there anyone who regrets the red and wishes they would have went with something else? On average how is the leather holding up? Still solid or showing wear signs?
I am new to leather, never had it. Does it scratch easy? I plan to put a child carseat in it. Will my carseat or my kids legs kicking the back seat jack up my leather? Thanks for any feedback.

Going on 9 months now, and still love the ICAP.
There is some wear... leather always wears to some degree. If you use a leather conditioner frequently, you'll have less wear. It's no big deal though - adds character.
It has its advantages as well (especially with kids)... it's very easy to clean.
I wouldn't worry too much about feet kicking the back of the seat. The seatbacks are vinyl anyway... and if the shoes leave any smudges, you can just wipe them right off.

6 months and I still love it. Still getting lots of positive comments on it too. The only wear to speak of is in the drivers seat (naturally!). The front boaster is a tab bit rinkled. I also have a strip about 5 inches long on the outside seam of the seat back were the color has worn off.
The cause? My butt brushing past it every time I get into or out of my car. Normally, I'm parked were I can't swing the door all the way open, so I have to step back a bit when getting out and squeeze past the seat. I'll probably redye it at some point, but the interior still looks great. And I can't see the worn spot while in the car, just when I get in...

Absolutely love it. If anything, I like it more and more as time passes. People always compliment me on how great the red seats look with the aluminum accents and charcoal carpets etc. It was very tastefully done.
Looking at many sports cars nowadays (350z for example), many are going with different coloured seats as an accent to the interior because of how nice it looks.
As Ryan said, you may notice wear a bit more with the red.
For me, the red interior compliments my redfire car extremely well. Plus, the red seats as seen through the window while driving, look pretty cool.
Oh, and with the tungsten (as I see in your profile), the red would look fantastic!

I've ahd my car since november of last year and still love the color. Don't regret it one bit. I use meguire's leather wipes about once a month to keep them in good shape and they are as good looking as the day I bought it!!

I still absolutely love it! I get compliments often, it has a lot of "WOW" factor.
I am a little dissapointed in how it seems to be holding up. I'm not sure if the red is any better or worse than the other colors in that area though.

I've had mine for about 6 months now, i don't think it has any wear yet, probably because i use the meguire's leather wipes about 2-3 times a month because i love a clean car, but i still love it very much. It looks awesome with a black stang.

I 've only had her about five days at this writing. But in the short-term I can certainly agree with everyone else - no regrets here at all!

Had mine since March 17th. Quite happy with it. Have used Zaino leather conditioner on a regular basis. It is getting a few wrinkles but not much.
Still gets lots of compliments.
