question about Powered by Ford plenum cover

what size of nut do i need for the new throttle body studs? i ordered from CJ pony parts and they had the studs but not nuts for them. Also does the back part of the cover just slide over those bolts or do i need to take them off and put the bolt on top of the cover? thanks for any help!

Back of cover slips over post, them wire harness clips on top...as for nuts bring them to your local hardware store to match, but I believe they are 6mm. Hope this helps out.

You will need a M5-.8 flange nut. If you can't get a flange nut, just use a washer.

I double checked. I had 2 extra studs. I work in fastener sales so, I checked on my bolt gauge

Yup, that's exactly what I used. I got tired of waiting for them to come from the dealership on backorder. I just went to my local Taylor Do-It center and it fits fine.
