I don't remember seeing this discussed so I thought I would ask.

I will be in Detroit next week and was wondering if there is anything at Flatrock that is open to the public. Do they have any kind of visitor's center? I expect the answer is no but I thought since it was a new plant, maybe????

Hellcat,

I dont believe they are doing tours, but you can tour the old Rouge Plant, or you can visit the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn which is pretty cool to check out. also in Dearborn is one of the top tuners for the mustang Livernois Performance. Lot of stuff to do up there. I lived in the area for some time and now live just south outside Toledo OH so I know the area well. PM me if you want some specific info on the area.

Isn't Mustang number 100001 in the Henry Ford museum? The white vert.

The 2 times I've toured there, it was by invite. There did not appear to be any provisions for regular tours. You could get to the main reception area, but there wasn't a lot to see there - a Mazda 6 and a Mustang perhaps.
