By the way, the 2008's are waterproof so you can drive them in the rain now.
Actually, here in Portland, OR (where it only rains once a year
) I've been driving my brand new 2008 Alloy GT (~480 miles on it now) for a couple of weeks in the rain and I am very impressed with the wet traction. Not scary at all like the old 5.0's! I have the 17's with Pirelli All Seasons and this thing does exaclty what it is supposed to - no fishtail surprises or hydroplaning at all.

I picked up my 08 GT in Aug. It was also raining... Must be a Vapor thing. You know, thats how we roll... Wet. I like my cars like I like my... Um, nevermind, I'll keep this clean (my mind is always in the gutter)

I dunno - those of us with Tungstens going after the 2004 NAIAS "titanium" color are going to start feeling a bit p.o.' ed we didn't wait until '08. I dig that Vapor, man...
