There will be a price increase on most vehicles effective 10/3/05. For the Mustang the boot is increasing by $45 MSRP and freight is going up $25.

The boot would be price protected for firm retail orders received by Ford by 10/3.
The freight is NOT price protected so any order already in the system that has NOT been invoiced yet, will have the higher freight charge which will NOT be protected.

Freight charges across the board are increasing mainly due to fuel prices faced by the shippers.

 

I have the signed yellow copy of of my receipt and a DORA.

Will this effect me in anyway?

 

If you have a convert boot you should be price protected however you will have to pay the higher freight [unless your dealer decides to absorb the cost increase himself].
