How did you get that kind of price? I work for a Ford partner, so I got X-plan pricing ($100 over MSRP) and I'm paying $27,075! The invoice is like $26,320. It's a Tungsten GT premium coupe with the IUP and active anti-theft as the only options.

Yours is also a 2006 not a 2005. There was a price increase for 2006. The point of this thread is what it will be for 2007

If I recall, didn't they increase the price about $500 halfway through the 05MY? The GT Premium sticker listed is $615 more than the early 05 pricing guide. ($25705)

Ok, well the $500 sticker increase doesn't account for the $2000 difference. On top of that, I ordered the 06 BEFORE the price increase went into effect and locked in the 05 price. And to address the 07, my dealer told me there was usually a $500 sticker increase every model year. So wouldn't surprise me if there was something around that.

$2000 price difference? Where do you get that? Are you saying the 2005 Deluxe should be a similar price to the 2006 Premium? (26320-24370=1950?) There's was a $1335 price difference between the 05 Deluxe (24370) and 05 Premium (25705)... Include the $500 increase halfway through 05MY (24870, 26205) and the 06 Premium is only $115 more than the 05 Premium...

Also X-plan price is typically $100 over invoice not $100 over MSRP.

Most of the dealers around here have at least 1 GT sitting in stock now. My guess is the MSRP will go up a little bit but the dealers will finally be willing to discount a little bit now because you can always go to a different dealer & get one.
