Positive Feedback - Vendor
Know I have had some negative experiences with vendors along with a number of others on this forum. I bought an oil cap cover from UPR a year ago and noticed today while cleaning the engine bay that one of the five hex offset screws was missing.
Since I show the car, I called them expecting to hear that they couldn't replace just it and/or that I would have to buy a new cap. They guy who answered (Mark) said no problem, would send me a couple just in case I lost another one and there would be no charge.
