Pony Mats vs Factory Floor Mats

I really need a set of rear mats, I got two little guys that love to ride in the back of the mustang. Noticed the pony mats in the dealer acc guide but they look like a different fit then what came from the factory. Does anyone have these, How do they fit? Any other opinons would be great.

Matt, I agree that the pony mats don't match the shape of the factory ones at all...... I am looking for some new mats, but these pony mats aren't the ticket for me at all. I want something that is a custom fit, not a 'close is good e'nuff'.

I have them and they fit perfectly. Slightly larger and thicker than OEM. Very good quality and well worth the price IMO.

I have these mats. They fit great!
All-Weather Molded Vinyl, Ebony
Part Number: 6R3Z-6313300-A
MSRP: $79.00

The deep grooves and raised ridges in these heavy-duty mats catchand hold snow, slush and mud, while protecting the vehicle carpeting. Nibbed backing and driver-side positive retention help keep mats in place. Available in ebony, in 4-piece sets with Pony logo.

Any of you think of the V6 Pony package mats? I believe there is a picture of them on the PSH site. I'm thinking of getting a set of these myself to replace my worn out mats.

I have the Pony mats. They are better quality than the stock mats and fit fine. The price is good too. I paid about $50 for them. I think the coverage is good enough. The only spot they do not cover is the dead pedal area on the right of the driver's footwell.

Where did you buy them, there is a site that sells the same ones but slightly larger, they are not factory though. Want to know before I order.

Did you add the extra pad on the drivers mat, or is this the way they come? Is the ribbing around the mats fabric or vinyl?

if the shape doesn't match don't buy them. My fiancee's honda has the pedal that is just above the floor. She put in rubber mats from the dealer that were meant for her car. So the mat pressed down the pedal. I thought the tb was stuck open or something. So she took it in for service and said it was the mat. But it does fit right either. Her floor still gets beaten alive. doubt it would happen to us with our american hanging pedals though

The mats from Bailey are custom cut for each make and model car.
