Ok, I am ordering my car saturday and I wanted to make sure i ordered the interior correctly. I want the interior to have charcoal cloth seats, charcoal carpet and dash(except for the one silver section) Would it look like this...if i order it the way i just explained? He needs the IUP if he wants the aluminium piece on the dash.

 

The picture you linked to is the Leather dark charcoal with the Interior Upgrade Package

 

Brad - If you are ordering a GT with the charcoal cloth interior and the IUP it will look like the pic you reference only the seats will have the pony design cloth upholstered sports bucket. If you are ordering a V6 with cloth and IUP you will get a very similar look but the seat upholstery is different. The sports bucket cloth seat, available only in the GT, has the 'ribbing' you see in your pic link. The V6 standard bucket with cloth has a flat seating surface (no ribs) which some have said is less comfortable on the hiney. I'll let you know because that's what I'm getting! I may actually have aftermarket sports bucket leather with perforated inserts put in later. In either case - if you do not order the IUP you will not have the bright metal on the dash.

Go sit in a new T-Bird if you want to get an idea of how the metal looks with the charcoal seats. I did last night - and the std seats in that car appear to be the exact same as the GT sport seats.

Thank you very much! I think ill order that the charcoal with IUP on white. The dealer says 4-6 weeks cause Germain is getting more stangs than any other dealer in Columbus. Now....the wait even longer :bang:
