Pix: 2009 Mustang with 45th Badge
I have a Mustang emblem tattoo'd on my right bicep and wanted the horse facing the front so I bought a new Pony Package RH fender emblem for the tattoo artist to reference. Once in a great while, someone will tell me it is backwards (horse running to the right, instead of to the left), until I point out that on the real cars, they face the front of the car, so mine is a right hand fender emblem, and therefor correct.
That's because you just had a regular '99 Mustang. However, Ford sold 4,628 limited edition 35th Anniversary GT's that year that included the badging, unique polished wheels, hood & side scoopes, hood stripe, two tone interior and IP, rear bumper black lettering, etc. Nice package that added a couple grand to the sticker price.
