Picked up my Sonic Blue GT today!
I took delivery of my new Mustang today. My salesman said it came in Saturday night. I only have pictures that he took while they were unloading it. The pictures I took today are at my computer at work. I will send them tomorrow.
I love it, congrat's
Hey, do you know what your ETA was? If so how accurate was it compared to the actual arrival date?
Wait a second yours built on 10-4-04 and you got your car already?
>Build date 10/4/04
WTF, FORD!!!
Don't get me wrong Im happy and all that you have your car, but there are alot of people that ordered well along time ago that don't have theirs yet, myself included.
darn it FORD, Where is mine...

The guy that ordered this car ordered before me, but I took delivery before him. I wanted to go see it, but it was raining too hard and I couldn't wait to get into mine.
Jason, Yes I will drive it up there this Saturday!
Robert, I ordered on 7/1 and it was built sometime in the week of 10/4. I never got a definite arrival date. They said maybe it would be here on 10/16, if not then the next weekend. I was amazed when I got the call this weekend.
Marty, Yea, the hauler seemed to be borrowed from Cadillac. The only thing we could think of was that they had so many cars to deliver and not enough trucks.
Thanks everyone, I just wish it wasn't raining today. I really wanted to break it in. It did, however, handle surprisingly well in the rain. I'm talking a lot of rain, I think we got about 2 inches today.

I think thats exactly it. Ford is most likely useing every rail car and hauler they can to move these cars as fast as they can to the dealers. I would imagine everyone is getting as much work as they can while the work is there. Any delivery delays are just related to how much equipment they can get to move the product. My guess anyway.

That is a beautiful car! Thanks for sharing your pics.
