PRIZES / APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV):
One (1) Grand Prize – Trip for two to the 2005 Ford Championship at Doral at the Doral Resort and Spa in Miami, FL (March 1-6, 2005) and the opportunity to play in the ProAm tournament at that event with Phil Mickelson, Wayne Gretzky and Dale Jarrett. Trip consists of round trip, coach air travel from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence, five nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy), tickets to the golf event, admission to select Ford hospitality events and $250 (ARV $3,000*);
Four (4) First Prizes – Winner’s choice of one (1) of the following Ford vehicles: 2005 Mustang (ARV $28,000*), 2005 Five Hundred (ARV $28,000*), 2005 Freestyle (ARV $29,000*), 2005 Ford Expedition (ARV $34,000*) AND a Trip for two to the Ford 400 Nextel Cup Race on November 21, 2004 in Homestead, FL and the opportunity to play a round of golf (18 holes) with the other First Prize winners to determine the Grand Prize winner. Trip consists of round trip, coach air travel from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence, three nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy), tickets to the Ford 400, admission to select Ford race hospitality events, greens fees, cart and equipment rentals (if necessary) and $250 (ARV $3,000). Total ARV of First Prize $40,000*. Total ARV of all prizes $151,000*. Winners will be responsible for all taxes (federal, state, local and/or income) and all expenses not listed related to acceptance and use of prize. First Prize winners must take delivery of vehicle within 30 days of notice of availability from Sponsor-selected dealer near winner’s residence and will be responsible for registration, license, title and insurance fees and cost of any available optional equipment not provided with vehicle. WI residents will not be responsible for sales tax on the vehicle portion of the First Prize. Prizes will be awarded in the name of the winner and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash; however Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value due to unavailability. Vehicle awarded as part of the First Prize package may differ from any vehicle shown in promotional materials. Vehicle color and equipment will be determined by Sponsor. Prize trips must be taken on dates and at times specified by Sponsor. Winner and companion (who must be at least 18 years of age) must travel on the same itinerary. If one or more of the celebrities are unable to appear at the Grand Prize event due to scheduling or other conflicts, no makeup appearance will be rescheduled. In the event that the ProAm tournament is cancelled due to weather of other causes, the opportunity to participate in this event will be forfeited.
