I don't mind people looking at my car but looking inside it in public is kind of odd and I'm the same way. It's not like they could even see ANYTHING inside of the car at night with my tint. I don't care if we're at a car show because we obviously know what they are doing there for the most part. Ha! It always makes me laugh at the people who come up to me and start talking to me about the car, asking me what's done to the motor, and this and that. It's clear they have no idea what they are talking about especially when I get the normal questions how much power does it have?, how fast is it?, followed by "I've got a buddy who's car ..." or the best "My car runs 10s and..." or some stupid crap. I have to shake my head.

I have only ever walked right up to a car to check out the inside of someone else's vehicle. But if you were there, you would have done the same thing. It was a DeLorean, in a Friendly's parking lot, with the license plate "TIMEMCHN" and had ALL of the time circuits in it. And they were all correct too. I sh*t you not. I couldn't help myself. But not once did I ever actually get closer than 6 inches, let alone touch the car.

If someone looks at just the interior, something is up IMHO.

Tinted windows could mean the owner has more than just the stock electronics on the inside. Maybe he was fishing, maybe not. As much as I fear door dings, I always try to park close to the entrance. Lots of traffic in a well-lit area means your car is safer while you're inside having a good time.

I'd have opened my jacket and showed him the P944 in my shoulder holster. Most people get the message.

When I look inside vehicles, it's to see if it has an electric or a manual transfer case. So y'all are safe from me.
