One thing about the newer Mustangs that makes me jealous...

Love the front splitter on the new 2015 model. Makes it look more like a race car. Does anyone have a unique front splitter on their 2005-2009? And I don't mean the CDC chin spoilers. I had one of those on my '06 GT and it looked really cheap IMO.

I think APR made a splitter once? Not very functional, but most people don't care for that.

I've seen a couple guys here that retrofitted the GT500 splitter on their cars. IMO, it looked better (a LOT better) on a GT/CS fascia than on a stock GT front end

Yeah, it seems to look more natural with the GT/CS front end. Do you happen to remember how difficult it is to put one on a non GT500 Mustang?

I don't remember unfortunately except some fabrication was required. I think you could probably still dig up the threads somewhere around here

Seems like quite a bit of work, plus I don't think I want to try it with the Bullitt. I'm surprised there aren't more aftermarket options. The only things I ever see are the CDC chin spoilers?

You can find lots of different manufacturers. Off the top of my head, Steeda makes a splitter in a style different from the CDC ones

Cervini CV-III will work with no mods. http://www.cervinis.com/05-09mustang...n-spoiler.html BTW the factory GT500 spoiler is no longer dirt cheap. It is $165 and you have to cut on it and then it leaves a gap on the bottom on the front fascia

I do have to watch out for driveways and such, as my car is lowered. I had the same problem with my '01, lowered and the Mach 1 chin spoiler. Those do not do well together.
