dude, I know how you feel. I have the slightest of dings on my front bumper. Don't know how it got there. Surely someone backed into me. Most people don't notice it, but I know it's there and it bugs the heck outta me!!

that sucks, but hey, at least it was just the bumper cover which can easily be replaced.

The first "ding" is always the hardest. Best to get it out the way, get it fixed, and move on. Sorry to hear that though... good luck with the gecko.

That was your first mistake. I'm sure your rental agreement clearly states thats not an option.

Sorry for your problems, but I'm afraid you may have created them.

Man that really sucks! I got my first scratch a few weeks ago, from a rock that came up. Hit the hood and the glass made a chip in each. Your problem can be fixed no prob, trust me it's the little non insurance coverage things that will **** you off the most. Still sorry to hear that happened.

This is not hillbilly justice land. Just because this guy didn't pay his rent doesn't give the landlord any sort of right to damage his car in any way. Duh.

I too can't believe that this did not result in a physical altercation. 2 weeks after buying my dream car...oh no... Have you ever heard of a crime of passion?

That's not paying rent, the security deposit is there in case renters leave the apartment with any damage.

The right front fender on my V6 seems to be a ding magnet these days. Last month, the area above the wheel well sustained a 1/4" rock chip, and then a smaller one below it. Then, a couple of days ago, while dusting it off, I noticed a scratchless dent just an inch ahead of the large rock chip.

I did not say the landlord had a right to damage his property. Duh

If this was Hillbilly Justice Land we would have kicked the landlords butt and dumped him in the river. I think that would be just punishment.

I almost forgot what DUH meant since I have not used that word since about the 3rd grade.
