Hey Guys,

Looks like my dealer will have a couple in the next 2 days. One is a loaded torch red gt with red leather. The only thing keeping me from buying it is that it is an auto. Just thought I would share cause I have been out of the mix for a while. I can't believe that I'm going to get to test rive one finally. Hopefully it's still there by the time I get there. lol

And my dealer will have one 4 days ago. I hope you're right, but don't count on it.

No biggie if it's a few extra days. I have waited this long. I actually called all the local dealers. There are supposed to call back when they get them.. They'll probably get them all on the same day. lol Being in Michigan you would think we would get them first?

There is a BIIIGG diff. between the Auto's and the Manual 05. I like the feel of the manual and it is a smooth car to drive. The automatic just robs waaay to much power.

I just built a new Mustang GT on Ford.com and then searched dealer inventory. The search revealed three local dealers each had a single GT in stock. I called them and learned that they are not there yet. The sales manager at Rizzo Ford in Providence, RI said that the screaming yellow GT shown was the first one that they would be receiving. He said that he spoke to a Ford rep. and it would arrive in apx. ten days.

He then tried selling me a 04 leftover (lol).

I talked to one of the local mall dealerships and they said the truck driver delivering their two 05s (a GT and a V6) would be arriving tonight to deliver the cars. I'm going to call them in the morning and take a drive out to them if indeed they do have them. I'll bring my digital cam and get some shots.
