This is a picture of Phil Martens Ford vice president of product creation.
He is next to what looks to be a GT Sonic Blue.
He is in Dearborn... at a Ford Facility.
The numbers at the top of the front window tell us this is a test mule.
The box which appears to be a shaker system or ram air tells us this is not just a GT.
The red mustang on the lift behind him is also another early production test vehicle... again not a GT.... want to guess what kind of motor they are about to drop into it....

Edit: By the way, the red vehicle does not "sport" current fender flares.... And yes the entire vehicle is covered with a clear plastic cover.

I'm not sure I understand the point of this post. No one is talking about this picture. But thanks for clearing the air.

What was the consensus again? a 5.4 or a V10 ? I forgot, it's been a long time!

It's not a Shaker either. It's just a rough piece to cover a hole cut in the hood to accommodate a larger engine.

Here is a new forum term,

FS= forum sniper
Definition= Someone who takes potshots at forum posts when it has been posted before,it is not 110%clear, it has grammar or spelling errors or anything else a Sniper can shoot down.

Some need to show their intellect not by contributing with an interesting post but by scolding and degrading someone else's. It's an opportunity for the dumbazz to exhibit the appearance to be what he is not. And it adds to his post count as well.

Talk about killing two birds with one stone.

Thanks Kevin.... I agree.
It's this kind of shi? that makes me not ever want to post or come to this board again.
Kind of sad too.... I've been here for a while.
Not to mention I was the first person here to take delivery of an 05... and I posted pics from another state when I picked it up no less.
This is the last time I put forth that much effort for any of you.
It has nothing to do with thick skin... it has to do with respect to other members of this forum.
If it's a repost... it's a repost... let it go.
If any of you feel the need to be a behind the screen bully, I guess that just shows what kind of person you are... also the kind of person you'll never be.
So keep on acting like children.. there are plenty of places where this kind of action does not happen.
Signing off for good... MCGT.
Good talk take care.

I dunno, I think maybe one day Brad is going to have to make an example of guys who jump all over posters for no real reason and ban them from this website. What if one day, a guy who knows something of value makes some sort of terrible mistake by reposting, or spelling something wrong, or making a gramatical error ......and some loser with nothing to offer but empty comments drives them away.....we all lose than. Get rid of these guys Brad before this becomes like Stangnet.

Well, here's a post from MCGT from 12/20/04 in the Exterior Mods forum:

I had to say it.....

Or maybe 2-months ago..... LOL
It seems MCGT can dish it our but can't take it! It kinda makes his self-righteous tirade about being a bully behind the screen ring hollow. :notnice:

I have never heard of someone being yelled at for grammar. Spell possibly, only in a bad case. There is the search button, after the first two replies this thread should have been closed. I personally don’t read stangnet maybe you do, so I don’t really know what they are like. I did stop by once and they are the ones with poor spelling this separates up from them from us, maybe they have improved in the long time since I was tehre. I have seen the spelling improve dramatically since people have been yelled at. All you have to do is open up MS word and throw something in there it's not really hard. I admit I’m no spelling bee champ, but you know what? I open up word if a word doesn’t look right to me. Spelling just brings and adult atmosphere to a great site.

TomServo92 just pointed out how much of a hypocrite this guy is and to my knowledge he didn’t get the first mustang, someone has a custom title for getting the first one. I remember the thread he got it in too.
