Just called fords 800 number and they had no info whats so ever on my order. They told me they show no record of an order coming from my dealer and I ordered the car 3 weeks ago. Whats the deal? I figure there should be something in the system.

Time to ask your dealer for a DORA - Dealer Order Receipt Acknowlegment. Ford sends one back to the dealership; it assures the car is ordered correctly, with no conflicting options, etc. THey would get it a day or so after the order.
No DORA means they did not order your car. And it should say DORA on it.
It will show invoice prices, so they may not want to give you a copy. Tell 'em you don't care about that. Ask them to redact that information and provide a copy please. If they cannot, they need to be able to tell you why not.
