Said that there are no more allocations at dealer for 05, and i'm SOL. Could be a bunch of BS since I ordered x-plan - who knows. I know there is another order in at dealership (not x-plan) who i'm SURE will get their car !@#$%.

I will still check my current order, and if the SOB get's anything but C&U - the gloves are coming off.

Well - I guess the search starts now for a 05 X Plan from another dealer, or just hold out for the 06.

May just wait for the 06 - I do like the fanblades.

Yeah, that guy paying more totally shouldn't get it. Stupid dealers and their simple ideas of selling to the highest bidder, they will never make money that way!

Dang that's 11k more than my OTD price.

And I thought the G35 was only rated at 280.

well i was prepared to pay $32 K out the door for my vert so what's another $4K for luxury?----an a car that will be fairly exclusive as there will be a glut of the new body style by 2007 (assuming moderate 145 days from order to delivery average for a mustang)--

well, its unfortunate that ford does not build oredered vehicles first before filling quotas, they have lost alot of sales, but heck, they can afford it right, they are making money hand over fist, and trust me, i am a diehard FORD guy from a DIEHARD FORD FAMILY---oh well---this whole experience from order to, well wish i could say delivery but it has been unacceptable---i'll get an 05' G35 and get on the waiting list for a SHELBY at a dealership that can actually deliver more then just BS---and an automotive company that is not customer-centric

sorry Dude. I was pullin for you. I figured we'd be close. I ordered slightly before you and was awarded build week of May 16th last Thursday. The key must be (al)location, (al)location, (al)location. Your dealer should have known they didn't have it. Peckers

I am never going to Citrus Ford ever again, bunch of ancient old farts who can't do anything right.
I have accepted to get an 06 as well, but this time i'm going to Fritts Ford (should've gone there from the beginning :bang: )

Any idea on around when the 06 orderbank will open?

Sorry to hear your not going to get your 05 Kyle ,I know when I ordered mine back in November they told me 6 to 8 weeks and I got it over 4 months later.
When I talked to my dealer in Mid Febuary it was then they told me if I was to re-order the same car it would take 4 to 6 months if they could get it at all and Canada had good allocations for GT's up here. Now they are finnished for the year all the next GT's that are comming in (4) are pre-sold and now there taking orders for 06.

Thanks Bro - Hey, what can you do? This was the only dealer that would except my x plan that I could find. They said that Ford droped the ball, and they (the dealer) had the allocation.

I just bought a new home and won't have a garage for it until Sept anyway - for the better. - Maybe I'll go with Black for a 06 since I was between the two colors.

I told the dealer that we are putting my order in 1st on the 1st day you can order a 06. Still get the x-plan.

I test drove a G35, didn't like it. I like the Mustang a lot more!

Hold out for a Mustang, or find one out of state at one of the larger Dealerships....

Sorry to hear that you won't be getting an 05. My dealer told me when I picked up my car that they were only allocated 2 more cars and were going to sell them for more than MSRP since everyone in Northern Jersey is doing it.

Hey, I feel for you! I ordered on the x-plan on 2/16/05 and on 4/22/05 my salesman said that there is a "great probably that my order will be an 06". Isn't that amazing. If I'd known you can get screwed by ordering on the x-plan, I would not have went with the x -plan. I would rather have been able to get my car on any deal at or below MSRP. IT STINKS! Is there anybody else out there that thinks they are not getting their order because it is an x-plan order? :bang:

Could be the case- I have my VOC and will keep on track of my 05 order as it is. I will know if that is the case with me, and if it is..... off come the gloves!

I won't let that happen to me - Nice my wife is a lawyer too!
