Funny, I hadn't noticed it until you mentioned it. I originally thought it was the reflection of the floor! I think it's different, which is not a bad thing. I think if it is anything other than body color, it may help streamline the sides by making the car appear to be thinner, top to bottom. Black for you may work well, depending on what color interior you're planning on and if you're thinking about adding a rocker panel stripe. Either way, you'll be the envy of many!

I normally like the Bullitts, but they look different in this photo (read: not flattering). Maybe they're the ones that are painted black...? No, wait, one of you said they're painted purple (actually, it might be Sonic Blue to match the rest of the car). Also just noticed the side view mirrors. They look chromed. Is this just a photoshopped pic of a 'Vert?

I like the stripes too. Adds even more pizazz.

 

I like that idea, wonder what they did with the back of the car :scratch: I'm going to try photochoping that on a white one.
