Allright more and more of us are getting their cars, so lets get together in March and check out each others rides. It would be cool to do a cruise up or down PCH/101. I know several of you dont like doing the drive from LA to SD or vice versa, but come on people the car WAS built to drive. So sound off on a vote now and we will piece it together well in advance so that the most of us possible will show.

MEET or CRUISE?

My personal preference would be a cruise from SD to OC and then meet and hang there maybe for lunch or something, since I would love to do a cruise and if it is coming down this way it would be a short cruise for me. On a Saturday or Sunday, better on Sunday start around 9-10 am and have lunch around noon. But I really only want to do a cruise if we get enough cars to go, so come on SD lets show up those OC and LA people and show them how its done and what a true car enthusiast is.

And SoCal and JRabbitt, you know my internet situation so if this gets going and you dont see me responding, please call me and let me know whats going on, I will get online as much as I can to organize this if you guys dont want to run with it, but let me know.

I'm game. I have a buddy with an 04 Cobra vert that say he's game too.

 

I live in OC and would love to check out your rides. I don't have an 05 yet but I can bring one of my other cars.

I'm posting a tenative, "Count me in." depending on the date/time. (I work alot).

 

I vote for meeting in SandyEggo. I agree that a cruise to O.C. would be fun since then the Angelino's that don't want to go as far as San Diego could sort of be meeting up with everyone half-way.

I also vote for a Sunday.

My bone-stock V6 probably wouldn't be that exciting for anyone to see, but I'd like to see the GT's and any mods that are out there. A line of 05's going up the 5 FWY would turn an awful lot of heads!

 

Ill be there!! Of course, I would love to have it in OC. Sunday is perfect, and I would love to see that LL V6 Phillip!

 

My Mustang won't get here 'til April. But I'd love to go to a meet and take a look at what everyone's done with theirs.

Personally, a weekend in L.A. or O.C. sounds the best.

 

This sunday or next sunday would be great.

I don't have my GT yet (should be in it by early April) but would like to meet up if you're doing the OC to SD run...do it all the time in my 'other club' B)

 

I'd feel sorry for you except you'll be diving your 05 about 7 months before I will.

 

If I get my car in time I will go. Date & time are not a problem.

 

I am down for a cruise too. SD to OC/LA sounds great. Sunday is best for me.

How about a cruise from OC to LA. There’s an import tuner car show on Saturday (HIN) so it should cool to see a handful of mustang steel their spotlight at their own car show.

 

Ok lets do a cruise on a Sunday we can start it in Sd meet in OC and if need be continue up to LA somewhere, whcih upcoming Sunday is best for everyone? The HIN thing would be funny but in the past Saturday Nights havent been good for many people, but if thats what everyone wants I am down, I can't do it this Sunday I need more than a week to get the day off. But either the 6th or 13th of March would be perfect. Where is everyone coming from in SD so we can pick a place to meet? I would like to do as much of 101 as possible. And Jrabbitt and Socal chime in with a spot to meet in OC.

SD ----> OC ----> LA

then back down. That way...the LA people can do a drive back down to OC/SD with us. I will go from SD - LA and then Back down to OC.

Who's is able to do some parts of that trip??

 

Some Sunday Soon would be great. Maybe there's somewhere near 101/Genesee in La Jolla to meet, since the best 101 cruising is from La Jolla on north?

I down for it, if it's somewhere in OC. Since I live up in Pasadena OC is about as far as I'm willing to drive. I would love to meet some of you and be around a group of 05's. So, if ya'll are down for the OC I'll make the drive!

I am working on getting a spot reserved at one of the parking lots in HB, with like 30 spaces for our cars, near the pier so if anyone wants to grab some food.
