Not sure if this is the proper forum to bring this find to light, but I'll post here and let Brad move as he sees fit...

Let me start by saying that I am not affiliated with Michael in any way beyond being an admirer of his work. :worship:

I received a mailer from artist Michael Irvine late last week. Michael is an extremely gifted artist and has completed several works featuring Mustangs of all vintages. He uses watercolors and does a truly AMAZING job capturing the Mustang designs Ford has created over the years. I have several of his prints (Mach Speed, Thoroughbreds, New to the Chase and Shakin' Up the Street) and they are ALL fantastic!

I check his website occasionally and for quite a while he has had a teaser about a new piece featuring the newest Mustang bodystyle. He has recently completed the piece and it is now available for sale. For people interested in owning unique car art, Michael's work will NOT disappoint.

His newest piece, Flashback on the Track, captures the 2005 GT in a very fitting image and is incredibly well done. I don't own an S197 (yet), but this piece is fantastic. You can see it at www.michaelirvine.com.

Check it out, I don't think you'll be disappointed...

I too saw that print on his site. VERY COOL, and for the artwork that you get, its very well priced. I am more interested in his other print, wihich is a tribute to the movie Bullitt. Click on the link to see the print

I like his stuff as well. I was fortunate enough to get Michael Goettner as well as Carrol Shelby to sign a print for me. do a search for Michael Goettner if you like very nice automotive art.

My thoughts exactly John. If the car were blue, I would have it in a second.

Blue is too slow. Red is much faster (ha)... Your right, the picture is pretty nice. Just any other color....
