New GT owner!!
After searching dealers for new 08 GT's, I found one. 11 miles on the ODO which was pretty amazing for a car that had sat for so long.
Sticker was 30,8XX, and I stole the thing for 22,500!!!!!
That is about what my 05 V6 was. simply amazing.
It's a Premium GT, Candy Apple red
5spd manual
3.55 gears
Dark Charcoal Leather
IUP, satin dash
Ambient lighting
HID headlights
Active anti theft
18" Polished Bullitts
Man, I am in love. Can't wait to Give it the Bamachips and C&L treatment.
Most importantly, glad to be back in the Mustang family

Some non-scenic, boring garage shots lol

You stole it at that price!!
With the exception of a few details, that is real close to what my 08 GT/CS looks like! You're gonna love that car! When I got mine, I was looking for every excuse to drive it. 24,000 miles later, the excuse is still the same! It's a beauty! And a premium too! And nothing feels better than when you get it at a really good price !

Thanks guys, I really am enjoying driving it. I don't know, but I just can't believe I have the V8 lol.
Thanks, Houtex, the level up feels awesome. The sounds, and the drive, mmmm....

Thanks, I can't wait for the real fun to begin.
Installed my old sequentials already, don't see myself doing many other exterior mods. Haven't gone complete WOT, or any shifts over 4k. The taste is good so far.
Can't wait for the first run down the 1320.
right now is a heck of a time to buy a new mustang...or about any car.
congrats on a great deal on what to me is about the perfect drivers car
question- have you ever driven a more 'fun' car than the GT stick? Ive had mine just over three years, such a blast to drive I still look for excuses to go to the store or whatever
Something about the way it sounds, the way it feels going thru the gears, the way it scoots down the road...just about perfect. more power/more whatever/yeah everything seems like more is better, but even bone stock these things are so well balanced and fun to drive, the most 'fun money' Ive spent on mine to date was just at the gas station
I'm still hoping for a blower someday for more off idle torque, but even as-is, just enjoy the heck out of driving these cars

I was in the garage just messing with all the lighting, listening to my ipod with its AUX. Not even driving I had huge grin on my face.
I want to go drive, and listen to some CCR to go with the mood.
That's an incredible deal. Congrats!
I was recently goofing around on Edmunds.com calculating the supposed value of my '05 GT now with 37K miles on it, and it came up with about $17K for a private party sale. But, seeing the deal you got, I doubt anyone would pay $17K for a car almost 4 years old with 37K miles, when they could have a brand new one with warranty for $22.5K...
