Well after long debate .... and a long time at the dealer ... I went with the redfire .... I'm now the happy owner of a 2007 Redfire GT/CS ... I'll post some pictures tomorrow ... After I get the borla's (left-over from the 05) installed.

We went with redfire, but black is beautiful. You win with either choice. Congrats on getting your 2007 Redfire GT/CS. Look forward to seeing your pics.

Well it finally cooled down here (110+ weather is not picture taking weather).... enough to take some pictures. I'm glad now that no one wanted to buy the Borla's that I had for sale (left over from the 05) ... Having driven an auto with those on and now on a stick-shift ... they sound waaay better on this one ...

Well anyway ... here are the pictures .....

Man that is awesome!!! I am in love with the new 335i. I am in the process of debating whether trading in my mustang for the 335i. I know there is nothing like driving a bmw and I love my stang, but can't swing both, do you think it's worth it?

It all depends on whats important too you. Performance wise (after driving both now ... one right after the other) they're basically the same car, except the 335i can corner way better than the mustang and is a lot more of a luxury car. The 335i also seems "lighter" when driving, that could also be just because the mustang is so new and the bmw is already broken in. On the other hand, the mustang is a completely different and unique drive. Maybe its the sound of the V8 ... or the persona the mustang carries ... whatever it is .. it makes the drive unique. Thats a tough call Adam, I wouldn't trade anything for the BMW .... but I missed the sound and feel of the Mustang V8 so much that I had to buy one again .... I say figure out how to swing both cars ... you'll be much happier that way ... you'll have the best of both worlds ...

Here are some pictures of the BMW to help you make your decision ... keep in mind though .... stock 335's don't look like this .... here's a before and after pics.

Before Mods:

After Lowering, Wheels and fender rolling ....

Just lemme say WELCOME BACK man first of all

Second - GREAT color choice.

BTW - I made my decision to sell my black 05 and get the 06 mostly because it was an auto... and even though I love being able to just relax and drive the automatic, it just didn't 'feel right' not rowing through the gears... - and I love downshifting going into corners

So when I was getting the 06, I realized I am too much of a nutcase to deal with black again - I LOVE the S197 in black and do miss my 05.... but I could never relax around the **** thing because it was never as 'clean' as I wanted it to be all the time.. and it showed everything....

Getting the Redfire, I find myself much more at ease with the car and I can go a whole week without washing, look at the car, and she still looks pretty clean.
