New Fuel Rail and Fuse Box Covers from CPC.

I installed a few new items under the hood this weekend, and boy did it clean up my engine bay! Here is what I added:

Radiator Cover Extensions by Midwest Auto Gear
Strut Tower Caps by Billet Pro
Fuel Rail Covers by California Pony Cars
Fuse Box Cover by California Pony Cars
3 "Ford" Stickers (Black/Chrome) on the Valve Covers and CAI

With the two 70+ degree days we just had in Dallas I decided to throw on a coat of wax as well. I can hardly wait for show season to start!

I think so too, although not as nice as that "whipple" engine cover you got.

Very nice engine dress up.

Where did you get the little Ford Oval stickers?

You can't see them very well in the photos, they are chrome with black. The ones on the valve covers are quite a bit larger then the one on the CAI.

I got them from ebay some time ago (private seller). The gentlmen had purchased them for his sport trac, I believe they are desinged to be placed over the exterior factory emblems to change them from blue to black. I thought they might come in handy some day, and for the $1.32 I paid for them I figured it would be hard to go wrong.

They came with an instruction sheet from "WebXtremes". I liked them so much I thought about picking up a few spares, but I have not tried to look up the vendor yet to see if they are still available. Hope this helps!

I saved about $50 over MAG for the rail covers and fuse box combo. I had not seen these anywhere yet, so I was taking a chance. I have to tell you I am very impressed with them. They appear to be made from the same material as the factory cover, and have the same density, thickness, and weight. The paint is a perfect match, and has the same finish as the factory cover. They came with excellent instructions and the fit is right on. If enough people are interested I'll do a write up, I took pictures as I went along.

The only thing that MAG might have on them is the finish. I have some MAG pieces and the paint on them is really top notch. I would rate these a 8.5 out of 10. There were a couple of very small blemishes (I mean really small) but nothing you notice standing in front of the car. I also marked up one of them during the installation (my fault). I'm going to be contacting them regarding some touch up paint, but as you can see in the photos its nothing serious.

They sell them on eBay, at Moss Mustang, and a few other sites. You can save a few bucks on eBay if you get the set (fuel covers and fuse box). Seller name is haiinc.

I give both products two thumbs up for sure!

Looks nice. I'd also paint or powdercoat the valve colors. I think they stick out a bit more, now, with the rest looking so good. But looks great otherwise.
