I'd also like to thanks Kevin, at Tri-Ford in Highland Ill....As I have told him twice now I'll never buy another Ford from anyone, or anywhere else.

so just a few things for now... having had one of the first 1000 05GT's made and now owning an 06GT I have some observations... first, the cushioning and or the leather seating surface is different... softer and must nicer than the 05... no clunks in the front suspension, and yes I had the tsb from the 05 taken care of... the car is much more tight than the 05... the air vents are stiffer to eliminate vibration... and the audio sounds from the computer are different... the tranny is quieter, and the exhaust a bit louder... it is evident that the guys at ford have been tweaking the internal parts of the car since it rolled off the line back in september of 04... you can not see the differences but they are definitely there... and I finish by saying that while I loved my 05 this is a much better car and it feels a whole heck of allot faster!!!!! I mean it my 05 was fast but this car is faster!!!!!

Hmm, I wonder if anyone has put thier stock 06 on a dyno yet.
if you can tell its faster by SOTP test, then I would expect a few more ponies.

I totally concur. This custom place by me wants 160 each to fully polish.too much I'm hoping someone comes out with chrome knockoffs
