Modifying a car, while fun, has always been a financial disaster. If you can afford to do it, take the mods off, selle them for what you can get and buy the Mustang.

After almost 40 years of driving, most of it in imports, I'm very glad to see Ford build a car that attracts people of all ages and tastes.

you could always put a weed wacker in the trunk to remind you of the accord....

With the Borla exhaust the V6 doesn't sound like a weed wacker. You won't confuse my ride for lawn equipment. B)

no, probably not, but it's still a ricer, and like Grantsdale said
This is a mustang site!
I know but on the site I belong to for my Accord V6P.net most people are pretty objective when it comes to nice cars. There is a lot of respect for American Muscle.[/b][/quote]
bp, just kidding! no harm intended!

I've owned 2 imports for about 20 years myself, up until 01, when I finally got tired of that import hypnosis thing, and went back to good old North American again.

Now it's getting even better with the new technology, hp, ride, suspension, etc.

Drive a GT first. Then you will be better able to decide what you want to do.

I don't know wha t the market is for customized cars in your area. But if you decide to move up to the Mustang, you should probably private-sale your car rather than trade, don't you think? Certainly there's someone who can "financially appreciate" the work you have done on the Honda.

First off. I think your car looks good.
I think you should drive a Mustang first then decide. If you still can't decide try to sell you car to the right person, might take longer, but someone will appreciate all the work you have in it. Go to the shows and local meets. Someone will want it.

Good Luck.

Test drive the GT. Your car will only lose value the longer you keep it (even though it IS an Accord).

Accord V6's are great cars, and I'm sure you have a nice sleeper on your hands. But, if you are even considering the GT to begin with, it sounds like you like it a lot. Cut your losses with the Accord, sell whatever parts you can, and welcome to Mustang power.

Once you take the pony out for a ride, you will never go back. Go cowboy, ride that horse into the sunset.

No you're right 20% isn't a mod in the sense that it's anything special. I have just listed things I've done to the car outside of what came with it.

I'd like to thank pretty much everyone one for being respectful so far to the fact that I'm driving an import. The Accord is my first import ride before this I owned a 88 Taurus Wagon, 86 T-Bird, 97 Cougar, and 99 Cougar. It's a sleeper but sometimes I'd like to drive something like a GT where the power is known. B)
