Navagation system question

Prusing the Ford Mustang web site, I noticed that you cannot get a Nav system with out something called the Security and Safety Package (a meer 900 + bucks) on the V6. However the V8 does not require said package. What am I missing here?

Possibly becaue we get the active anti-theft as standard? Maybe?
I think it's just that the Sat-Nav would be a high-visibility item in the car and more susceptible to be noticed by any would-be thieves...
