Jim, I tend to agree with alot of people in that the Shelby is not going to be had anywhere near MSRP due to the 7,000 units produced. 'Ya should'a stayed with the '06.....or even an '05 (there's still new ones out there). I used to have an S2000, but it was too cramped for me......but then I'm 6'2" also.

When it first hits the dealers show rooms it's going to be marked up out the wazoo but then as the initial excitement dies down so will the price. It happened with the 03/04's and it will happen with this car too. I'm pissed because the dealer that I have purchased numerous vehicles from (every Mustang I have bought since 1989 has been from them) and have always gotten a good deal from has basically put profit over the dealer customer relationship. Yes I know they are in business to make money but screwing your customers over one vehicle and throwing away a long term purchase relationship is going to cost them more than the extra $5000.00 they are adding to the price of the car because now I won't buy sh.... from them ever again.
And yes the S2000 is a little tight but man is it fun to drive!!!!

What stinks is it seems greed is more important to the dealers than keeping a good relationship with their customers.
