Yes it is here, in Overland Park, Ks

The dealer has it on display in the showroom, but here is the bad news, they broke the shift linkage pulling it down from the truck!!!!!~ It could be Saturday (I doubt it) probably Monday or Tuesday for a new linkage to be fedexed from Detroit. Everybody, and I mean everybody, up and down the entire Ford chain of command in on this part shipment.

until then it can't shift.

The window sticker reads: NOT FOR SALE, no price, and my name C ARENDT (sic)

As you can imagine I can't wait.

One TV news station there tonight, I have video collected on my VCR. Print and more TV is scheduled for tomorrow.

Can I sleep tonight, that is the question.

I would've killed 'em on the spot! I know you had the urge to reach over the desk, grab their neck, and strangle them, right? By the way, just kidding, but I would've been mad.

Once again, awesome. So great to see everyone taking pics of their new rides. I can't wait for my black one. Sure hope they don't detail it like yours though

they should have a "factory delivery" where there is no chance of screwing it up.
that's what you can do if you buy the Vette that's made in Bowling Green.

Wow I cant imagine how much that stinks to be so close. I think I would rather my car handnt come in rather than see it but not be able to take her home. I would have trouble sleeping I think.

Ya, time for some punitive damages!

This is strange! Three forum members have had their cars show up and two of them are damaged while unloading!

What a bummer man! :bang: No joking Charlie, I would be at that dealer first thing tomorrow morning, just to make sure no one would be walking around your car, leaning, and rubbing up against that black beauty, putting scratches on it.

even if I had to take my own chair to sit on, just to watch it!
