If they don't take the window out and just mask it off, there's a good chance the paint will flake off over time. Same thing happened to my Accord Coupe 4 years ago. I got hit on the side by my sister as she backed out of the driveway. When it was fixed they went cheap and masked the rear quarter window instead of taking it out. Six months later all the paint around the window was peeling off and I brought it back for them to fix at their expense.

So by "davids2toys" what exactly are your 2 toys? Your GF and her daughter??? ahaha

same thing exaxtly happened to me a year ago they charged me 1600$ but luckily some one side swiped me and their insurance paid for it. good luck.

Dave, I notice you're from Connecticut. If you're not too far from the RI border, you should take it to AutoPaint RI, www.autopaintri.com. It will come out perfect. And my advice follows most others', go the insurance route and report everything exactly as it happened. It shouldn't cost you anything if you go through your girlfriend's daughter's company.
