My day project

Today I decided to plasti dip the deck lid. I used plasti dip because it's easy to work with and will peel right off if you make a mistake.

Looks good!

What did you do to prep, just strip the wax off?

Came out great! I've wanted to do that to but since its plastidip I wonder how long will it stay on. Might come off in the first wash!?

Thanks! And nope I just taped everything off because the plasti dip has a lot of over spray

Definitely adds to the car! And a heck of a lot cheaper than the alternatives.

Here's some of the progress
Isn't it amazing how changing the color of a few small things can just make it pop!?

Quick question. The plasti dip is drying perfect on one side but there's literally a line to where it's not drying well? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Sorry for the glare.
