yeah I know, I didnt think I could get it to look right by replacing them with smaller mirrors too much car that you then need to fill in, I might give them a try though.

Im surprised that is your only comment and nothing about the hood.

i love the hood but not all those vents..Just like one vent on each side. For some reason black w/ stripes makes it difficult to really see and appreciate my favorite hood Your chop is sweet and I hope you get what you want..I was not happy to hear that TRUFIBER said hood struts would not be a good idea on their 68 hood without getting it retrofitted first. That being said I am waiting somewhat patiently for one to be made that does

I left the vents on the car (FR500GT) because it was just easier than trying to remove them, I also have it in the original blue before I changed it to black Ill post it when I get home

as for the 68 style hood, I know that if I were to make a 68 hood it would be completely equiped to handle everything, including hood struts

Ditto! Great job! The car looks just a bit busy for me, I tend to like a cleaner look, but, well...wow! I don't care who you are, that car would turn your head on the street. Thanks to Vegasjay, my favorite combo is the black with white stripes, and you reinforce that very well. If I have any regrets about my car, it is that I didn't get black. (like sonic is any easier to keep clean...right)

here is the original pic.

here it is in the original blue so you can see more of the details.

here it is without all the vents, much more like the hood will look like when done.

no thats the ford racing sticker that I didnt bother to remove in the chop

but if I could Id like to run a fuel cell in the trunk and turn the fake gas cap on the trunk into a real one and fill from there.
