MY CAR MADE MUSTANG MONTHLY'S READER'S RIDES SECTION!!!
I can't believe it, they actually picked my car!!! I am so excited!! I typed up the story to my car and the majority of the big mods I added so far (and the total of what the car has on it), with the picture I took from the Willow Grove Airbase car show back last fall. I then emailed it to the editors of Mustang Monthly (as well as Mustang Enthusiast) with the hope that one of the magazines would print it! Well, I get a call from Mark C, telling me he opened up the latest issue and saw a car in the Readers Rides section, that looked like mine. Upon reading it, he saw it was mine!!!
Well, needless to say, I went out after work to see it firsthand. I get a subscription, but I didn't get it until today. Found it at my local Barnes & Noble's last night (I bought 4 copies
). The headline for the small paragraph under the picture, is "30 mods". I was laughing in the store!!! So, for anyone who gets this magazine, please check out the Readers Rides section of Mustang Monthly. For those who don't, I will get a scan of the back page soon as the monitor at work, where the scanner is hooked to, gets replaced. If anyone gets this magazine, let me know what you think of the pictuer. Man, I am so stoked!!!

I know what you mean about being excited to have your car in a magazine. Mustang Times, the official magazine of The Mustang Club of America, did a 2 page write-up of my 1967 Coupe and 1987 GT for the September 1988 issue. I just wish they had done color photos back then. I still have one copy of that issue tucked away for safe keeping.

Congrats! It's always good to see something you own published somewhere.
I'm going to have to go out and get a copy now! Gee, I sell subscriptions to this magazine. You would think I'd subscribe!

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I finally got to scan the page today at work, as the new monitor was installed on the computer where the scanner is hooked to. Check out the picture and write-up below.
