Yeah I have to agree with you the, the iTSX is pretty bad ***! Very cool software & very simple to use!
I always recommend CAI, TUNE & Exhaust first, looks like you have that taken care of! So now that you have some Air & sound coming through & the ECU knows whats going on, you can go further into the world of modification!
I would go with a Throttle body & possibly intake manifold? Also Gears & Suspension are 2 of the most important mods you can do!(lowering springs, control arms, sway bars ect...)
After you get the power to were you like it, you can start to give your stang a diet & cut back on rotating mass. Items such has Under Drive Pulleys & 1 Piece Aluminum Drive Shaft will help with that!
