Sharon, welcome to the site. Folks, I know it's very "glass half empty" of me but if someone had their car they would take the time to get onto the web site, brag, and then be out the door again. I know I would.

Okay, I must still be recovering, because I could have sworn I just read that.

 

05Mach1's past few months in 15 simple steps:

1. I'll go online!
2. Check out these 2005 Mustang pictures!
3. Holy crap, I have to get one of these!
4. :sleep: Five hours later, finally gets to sleep...

Next morning...

5. c: Places 2005 order at Ford dealer...
6. I ordered one, yeah!

Several months pass...

7. This wait is KILLING me!!

After getting call from salesman...

8. :drive: MUST... GO... FAST...
9. WHAT??? Not here yet?!! Are you insane?!
10. Edited for family site.
11. Knocks some sense into salesman.
12. eace: Eventually, car shows up.
13. Signs some forms, then rips out of the parking lot!

Drives for several hours, completely enjoying the first all new Mustang in over two decades, while internet friends await any news...

14. Gets drunk and passes out.
15. :sleep: Goes to sheep and forgets about The Mustang Source.

16. Wakes up and is too hungover to post.

 

Oh no...we've all forgotten the other possibility...it's all a dream!!! (a la the infamous Dallas TV series days!!!) We've all been dreaming!! The 05 Mustang we've been staring at was not built...instead the Mustang II was redesigned for 05 with a diesel engine!

 

Now that is not even funny! :angry:

Well, i for one would post immediately as soon as i pulled in my driveway with the new car just to show it off. I'd make you guys/gals drool and then would vanish again!!

Ok, enough with the fantasy...my local dealership has a 500 in the showroom but nothing on the new 'stangs yet, not even a brochure. I'll be going there this afternoon to drive a tricked out '04 Cobra. I'll let you know how that went.

 

hes prob embaressed i would be too how many times do we have to go over all this what credability do dealers have? lies after lies and people still beleive them when the obvious is certain all the posts from aai people say no shipping yet o wait they will ship 1 to a person lol

possible scenario:

sleep at dealer all night
no car arrives
beat up salesperson
sitting in jail cell
no internet access, no bail money

sound possible?

 

I still vote for drowning sorrows of another few days wait. I'm sure he'll post within the next 24 hours or so. Probably just sitting there recovering right now - about to enjoy some football.

my friend bobby wickham told me tat teh new mustang wouldnt be here tomorrow and that i wouldnt be able to see it come on we know this guys a liar every person that think its true needs to get real because i know all and thats it thanks bye lol

Hahahaha... Actually, I was kinda pickin' on ya a bit. Newbies have to be mocked every now and then. It's just the ritual. No hard feelings, though. Just havin' some fun.

 

Its cool i just don't see why everyone follows this guy, like he had given you all proof. I like to watch all the idiots believe him, i knew it wasn't coming. v6 people should have to wait longer because they are so slow.
