I called my dealer today to make sure all was going good with my production. Well he failed to inform me that my production date was moved to 12/20 from 12/6. The problem is I start a new job 1/3 and currently do not have a car. My new job is in a different town so I obviosly will need a car.

My contract said the delivery date will be 12/23. Since this is now impossible I went to anouther dealer to see if they can find me a mustang. He said that he could trade his current one for a mustang that matches my specs.

Should I demand my money back from my orignal dealer? Will I get it back without a hassel?

Thanks

A deposit is refundable. If they can't meet the delivery date you get your money back. Its on the contract.

Anyway, how can I get the name of the local district manager.
