Hi guys. Badandy reporting. Just wanted to say that my new 2005 Torch Red GT Premium Mustang is in.


Just a little background

-I got Torch Red with the Black Interior
-Spoiler (no delete)
-IUP package
-Side airbags.


I just put a new coat of Meguiars NXT Wax and Wash on it and it looks fabulous.

First Impressions:

-Even though it doesn't have IRS it handles very well! Minimal tire slipage.
-The Interior is FIRST RATE. Nice leather (no Lexus though) and the seats (side bolstering on Premium) are VERY supportive and comfortable.
-The MyColor feature is very cool, gimick, but cool nonetheless.
-I got the Manual 5-speed and the shifter is shorter throw than the SN95 by a long shot, but the clutch pedal is light but also engages the tranny right when you lift your foot off a little.
-Looks great it Torch.



All in all, this is a GREAT car. The only negative for me is that it is hard to reach the seatbelt when you get in and out of the car.

Hi BadAndy, it was me that wanted to see a torch red with bullets. I am still waiting for the pics to upload, slow internet here, but I am happy that you have yours now. I am excited to see a bright red one!

I like that second pic. The deep window wiper well shows how high the hood really sits.

 

Got my torch red GT Thursday night from Byerly Ford in Louisville Kentucky. I got every option except the red seats. All I can say is it was worth the wait! As for the seat belts---there is a strap at the bottom of the seats that bring them closer to the front.

 

Very nice...you might wanna try making pics smaller...you can do in paint by simply opening pic in paint and hitting ctrl+w and make horizontal and vertical say about 35% (see pic)

 

Did I mention that torch red looks HOT! I am so jealous. I wasnt sure about the rims at first, but they are not bad looking at all. I want one with bright red leather seats, but love the way yours looks.

Well, I am not the first member with Torch but I don't mind.



I have been getting so many looks lately, people pulling next to me and just staring, its very funny!
