Mustang goes back for a visit. Thanks ya'll.

Took the Mustang for a drive earlier this evening before dark and found myself in front of the Ford dealership I got her from. So I pulled in and amid all the nice car comments from the younger new salesman I asked for the salesman David Loa who has sold me or my business over a dozen cars in the last 10 years. So I introduced David and Don Cavender the salesman who actually delivered the Stang to me while David was on a deserved vacation to the new 2007 Mustang GT/CS. I was curious to see what Mustangs were on the lot because at the time I got mine there were 2 SC281's, 1 GT500, 2 Shelby GT's, and 1 PJ, today nothing, 1 red GT and half a dozen V6's.

Long story short the compliments were flowing and I couldn't have been more proud, especially when they asked who did the pins, who did the strips, who put the headers on, and I could honestly say me, me, me. It was a very good feeling.

So thanks TMS, thanks Brad, thanks TacoBill, thanks Mods, and thanks everyone far too many to mention for your posts, your answers, and all your help.

She looks good, as does the house

Thanks on the house, thats what I try to do for a living. I design and build homes and it was a challenge doing it for myself and the wife and kids. While I didn't do all the work myself I did manage to do alot of the work including trim carpentry and stairs, and installing the hardware.

Stupid story but when I was a kid, 8 or 9, I would sit at a little desk beside my dad who was designing houses at his drafting table. He had no formal training and taught me. While I would draw houses, I would also draw cars. Lots and lots of cars and houses. Usually Mustangs, Broncos, and F-150's or my visions of the future of those vehicles. Wish I had those drawings today.

Thats what the forum is about...helping each other. There is a lot of experience on the forum. I almost forgot, you have a very sharp ride.

Car looks great, I like the tint too! It doesn't look overly dark. Fits just right. What % is it?

Yes, that was a great story and a sharp looking car! I really like your house also. And I see that we both have the same driveway decorators

Don't really know I would have to find receipt, I just told them maximum legal amount for Texas.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Washed it off last week and now there's even more. Do the math, 5 kids+all girls+over 3,000 sq.ft. of driveway=Lots of chalk.

Really thank you all very much.

It's true though if I hadn't found TMS my car would probably be stock because I just wouldn't have known what could have been done. They don't sell this stuff at Advanced Auto or Autozone.

You know my spouse probably wishes I never found this site because its cost quite a bit of money in mods and more than a few minutes of my time.

So TMS is the Mustangers best friend and the spouses worst enemy.

25% is the legal limit for Texas.

It can be checked out for all states here:

You know, the trick is to get the spouse involved with the car and TMS!! I'm still working on getting her involved here on this great forum!!

that is one sleek black stang! just wondering, does that wing fit over the stock wing holes? id really like to get rid of the stock one without having a body shop fill in any holes.
