That's a deeper discount than X-plan.

Glad I got x-plan, there goes my hopes for keeping the resale value, not that I would ever part with my mustang.

I see they have 25 V6 coupes and 2 V6 verts. (16 auto and 11 manual) and no GT's. Must be low allocation in NC

According to FORD's website, they have 24 V6's, but no GT's. That's why.

Still $3,000.00 seems like a big discount.

I saw they have 9 V6 verts and 2 GT deluxe coupes of the 05's left. No 05 V6 coupes and no 05 GT premium coups or verts. I am surprised there any 05 new GT's left at all. But I guess the inventory on line is not correct from what I hear.

They have over 50 Mustangs in Stock, GT's, V6's and Verts. Ford's website inventory is notoriously inaccurate.

I got xplan,so that takes the sting out a little anyone want to speculate how ford might be doing in the summer of 07? My wife wants a new suv and that's our projected time of purchase.

WOW over 50 but not on line. My dealer Rowe Ford had accurate inventory on line to exactly what was on the lot. Must depend on the dealer that wants to keep buyers informed about inventory.

Thats cool...redfire is a sweet color. The more V 6's with mods i've seen on here, the more I love th V6's. I was going to order one at one time.

Mossy has treated me well. They were the only dealership in cali that would honor my x-plan price (and that was 2 months ago). Teri has been great to work with, has answered a million questions I've had (and countless phone calls ). I recommend them highly.

No, she didn't ask me to say any of this.

Happy New Year to all!!!,
John

Hey Boltzman,

I just bought my wife an 05 Eddie Bauer Exoedition from the same dealer I got my Mustang. The truck MSRP was 41,030 and I drove it off the lot and paid 28,963 including everything. Not too bad a deal if I do say so myself. Go get yourself one.

I'll speculate: I think it's going to be Easy Buying at Ford and GM for quite some
time now. If you believe the rants over at autoextremist.com then you'll believe
like me that Detroit is in trouble. That makes me sad because this worries
me for the future of Ford. I don't want to be forced to choose something other
than a Ford/L/M product. I may...but don't want to be forced.

What could change and make Ford's dealers tighten up? The Product. No boring
Ford 500's and better resale, better ratings. Any solution...will take time.
I was able to get the Stang you see in my avatar at Invoice because the dealer
just wanted to make a deal. I said no thanks to his Automatic....and he called
all over the place until he got me a Manual GT on 11/11. Good Luck!
