OK, I just restarted my script.

I have 20 simultaneous Mustang votes and 10 simultaneous Ford GT votes running concurrently on server with a FAT PIPE to the Internet.

OK, that was just overkill. I knocked it back to 6 Mustang and 2 GT voting processes running simultaneously.

OK, that was still overkill. Knocked it back to 2 Mustang and 1 GT running simultaneouly. Will check back in tomorrow.

Stated watching at around 1230pm CDT. Vette was 8100 behind. 5 minutes later it was 8000 behind. At this rate it will 6 hours and 40 mins for the vette to pass the Mustang.

Yeah, that's insane! What's really funny is that I bet forbes.com hasn't even had half a million hits since the poll started. I'm willing to bet somebody on staff can do the math on that statistic.

yeah we're in the lead for now. we might wanna step that script up a bit though. or maybe have multiple users/ip's running it simotaniously. put so real distance between us and the vette.
