My dealer in Vancouver had 4 on order from the get-go. I had them put my name on one of them on Jul 28 and they changed the order slightly to my specs. I got the build date (Oct 4) in August and got the VIN number about 2 weeks ago. They confirmed on the 5th that it was built on the 4th. Status right now still says "Produced" and dealer will call me when they get the rail car number. Scheduled delivery date still says week of October 25th...

I just spoke with my dealer and he told me that by the end of the first week of November or the beginning of the second week of November all GTA (Greater Toronto Area) dealers would be getting their cars delivered. These wouldn't just be factory orders but actual dealer allotments. I ordered mine at the begining of May and can't wait to get my hands on it.

Confirmed with my dealer delivery of my gt (produced 10/5) has an "at dealership" date of 10/16. He also had a V6 scheduled for delivery 10/12. As of 230pm no V6. He's calling if/when it comes in today. Theres always hope.

Dan,

rememeber what Peter told us on the weekend,

For Canada, they are going to build a batch of cars and then distribute them around the country so that they are all in showrooms early november, I remember him saying the target date was Remembrance Day.

Heading over to the dealer in an hour and will post back late tonight if there are any at all in the dealers lot ,but from the sounds of the posting I doubt it. :notnice:
I'll bring the camera just in case (not digital) and if there there I will get as many picks as I can and send them as soon as possible .

It's just not fair that they build them for showrooms and not people that have pre-ordered and have cash in hand. Buggers.

adrenalin, I understand your frustration,

truth is, Canada is a smaller market than California, so they want the first cars to hit their big market first.

I would be freaking out too if I was in your boat.
