NOT that this is the primary selling point of a mustang.
Edmunds states that a V6 automatic is 19 /25 . (19 in city, 25 mpg on highway)
A manual GT should be 17/25.
Has anyone checked, is this accurate for them?

Lately its been colder 40-70 and raining, Ive noticed my average MPG has dropped to about 19-21mpg
My daily commute involves 35 miles of highway at 75mph lite traffic and about 4 miles of city driving. The city driving due stop and go traffic and traffic lights results in the MPG shifting to the 19-21mpg range.

I don't know about other states, but in Colorado, they change the gas over for winter that has more ethonol in it to help with winter emissions. I don't have my Mustang yet, but I know the gas milage in my truck takes a dive when they switch over to the winter gas. I wonder if this is a bad time of year to get an accurate measure of gas milage.

It seems to vary with how hard I drive it.
With suburban commuting driving; some stop and go, some highway (5 miles of a 10 mile trip) - I get 18 to 19. But, if I rev higher for shifts, and drive harder I'm at 16.5.
Highway, only for 40 mile round trips, with some stop and go ishowed about 20 on the info center.

well...i just put in my second tank of gas today, so that's 3 total...counting the freebee fron the dealership. i'm probably getting close to 600 miles now, around 580...and my display is telling me i'm getting around 18 miles/gallon. i think it says 17.8 or so.
also, i'm getting a little over 300 miles on a tank of gas.

The display is telling me I am getting anywhere from 14-17 MPG but I havent really done any highway driving. One question I do have though is when you flip through the setup on the display right after it shows you your MPG it has MPG with a plus and a minus sign...what does that do?

Still on my first tank, but it's around 17.6 mpg w/mainly city and some country driving. No Interstate driving to speak of yet. Looking for numbers more like cyoda44's numbers (22.1) next time. They look good to me
