Motor Oil Question(Cause I'm a Moron)

Just got my order from Summit Racing for 7 quart's of Royal Purple Synthetic motor oil. Only problem is that I ordered a racing formula (part number RPO-RP01011)and not a multi-grade 5w20 (RPO-RP01520)! The bottle say's it is similar to 5w20, but I'm just scared to use it. I talked to the return people and since it's classified as haz mat I can't even send it back . He talked to one of the tech guys and said since that it is similar to 5w20 with just a couple of different additives and is a little heavier grade it is still ok to use and it will probly help performance. I just wanted to get some feed back to see if this is OK. Has anybody had any problem's with Summit Racing Tech support Sorry about the long post but, now I know why I alway's check my order twice just to may sure I don't screw up. What a day.

What weight is the oil exactly? Oil is not a hazardous material...I know this because I mail oil all the time (oil samples). They mailed the oil to you right, it was ok for them to mail it and not you. Just giving you some ammo to fight them with. It is more important than ever to run the correct weight of oil in these motors, do to the VCT (Variable Cam Timing). I would highly recommend using 5w-20 oil. IMO

The weight on the bottle say's that it is 5w20. And the product outline on the website has it listed as 5w20. And the tech on the line said that it just has a couple different additive's if your running it for a heavy duty use.

Racing-11
Formulated to withstand exotic fuels including NO2 and alcohol.

Got this from the Jegs.com website. They do give the weight as 5w20.

Then you should be just fine... In your first post you made it sound like a straight weight oil. Now get that oil changed.
