You're welcome!!

My husband took them!! I thought the photo of the Mustang with it's lights on fogs on was cool!!

BTW, my neighbor asked the Ford guys what/when the first variant would be available - same old story - if they know they aren't saying. But the Ford man was very interested in hearing what my neighbor wanted to see in the next Mustang.

Great pictures. Thanks multimedia geek for taking them, and Brad for posting them. I especially like the photos of the '05 next to the classic Mustangs.

Hmm... in the right light the Torch Red can actually be mistaken for Competition Orange.

anyone notice this... or is it just the color and the light.... the front facia just above the license plate area seems to be pointed more than some of the older pics....

They are all pointed like that, you cant clearly see the lines where the nose underneath flattens out for the tag. When you see how it matches the hood in real life, its hardly noticeable. Plus the pics have the light slightly rear of the car instead of a lot of glare-fest shots with it into the sun.

It probably flattens out there for the license plate.

Kevin I agree,

one thing that is lost in most pictures is how pointed the front end is,

the depth of the grill is lost, so is the overhang of the hood,

for anyone that hasn't seen this car in person, the pictures do not do it justice

Ah.....choices, choices, choices.....the Torch really isn't that bad IMO.

Redfire vs. Torch

Looks like I'll have to see them in person.

The Torch Red seems a bit orangey and light to me, like its already starting to get a bit sun faded.

I love the red on that '67-'68 next to it, a nice, deep, rich red, almost a burgundy or something. Even the '65-'66 in the other shot seems a bit more saturated, less "plasticky" looking.

But that's just me...

It does look plasticy. One thing I've learned though, you can't judge from pictures a lot of the time.

I just saw a waxed up torch red mach 1 on the weekend. Let me tell you, it looked amazing. B)

About that 1967 fastback, even the best pictures could not do that car justice. It is an amazing paint job.

I wish I had seen this car in silver or black - maybe I wouldn't have gotten that "plasticky" feeling as well.
