I think the smaller fogs are perfect.

The only thing I don't like about it is that it's got grille-mounted foglamps and a rocker panel tape stripe--the signature of a 1965-1968 Mustang GT.

Uh...wasn't that the "look" they were going for ? (Retro 65-68 GT Mustangs)

Personally I am waiting for the 69' look to come around....that's what I want to do for mine.

It's not a GT; it should have signature GT styling cues.

Free speech is great, but I suspect some sour grapes replies here.

How is someone saying they don't care for that new grill sour grapes? I have a V6 and I personally don't care for that grill. When I see it in person I may change my mind, I don't think I will like it then either. But just because someone posts they don't care for it doesn't mean they are jealous or anything. If that is in fact what you were trying to say.

Actually I was just in a cranky mood. I like the look. I am retro myself. 53 years old.

The option for spoiler delete for Pony is not shown in the option sheet. See the sticky threads at the beginning of the site for the actual options sheet.

I know, and that's what I'm worried about. I printed out the 2006 order guide and they mention the tape/stripe delete a bunch of times, but unfortunately there seems to be NO spoiler delete...

The grill's going to have to grow on me. I'm just really disappointed that Ford left that license plate cutout on the front bumper... that kills it for me. I think if the bumper was fixed, it would clean up the front end alot, and the grill would then look in place.

Is it me or are there some subtle differences in style between 2005 and 2006? Could be the angle of the photos of 2005 and 2006 that give the impression there are differences. Looks like the 2006 Pony Package has a higher back. Also seems there are smoother corners in the 2006, near the headlights. Mind you, both are awesome. Kinda like the Pony Package grille and small fog lights.

Overall I like the new look..................However, Why did they put a chrome or silver ring around the fogs??? I think the guy's on this site who did the 2005 V6 Fog light mod looks better!! If I remember they had a black ring around the lights. A little less chrome for the grill.

Can someone post a pic of the new 06 Pony Fog's next to the 05 V6 Fog light Mod..........Please!! Thanks, My $0.02
