Only halfway there. What's the scoop on all that driving? Also, come clean with what you've had to replace and what you've replaced as regular maintenance. I, and am sure many others, would be very interested in how you guys at 180K and 200K are keeping your cars on the road.
Congratulations!
Congratulations!
Replaced Brakes and Rotors @ 75K, with Ceramic pads and Drilled and Slotted rotors. Repalced the Alternator @ 110K. Tires have lasted over 80K per set, still use the P-Zeros. I use Mobile One. Now the only bad part has been the rollers on the cam followers. I had one on the left bank go but caught it before it did damage. One on the right thought, caused the follower to eat a cam lobe. I have maybe $2,000 in maint in the car.

Wow I have never had any of my cars make it to 200k. My 91 bronco has 179k on the body but only 10k on the motor and trans. My 07 gt has 42,000 on it and I have about $3,700 in maint into it. The drivers side head took a crap on me last year and caused my oil pump to fail. Ford threw a ton of parts at it before they decided to just drop a new motor into it. Unfortunately I had to pay for all the parts before they decided to give me a new motor. Oh well I still love the car and enjoy it when I'm not out of town for work. Hopefully one day I can get my stang to 200k but I seriously doubt I will ever see numbers that high on my odometer.
Mobil 1 0W-20 every 7K, bleed brakes, rotate tires.
Brakes at 100K
I get 60K from the P-Zero's
Original serpentine belt
Original shocks & struts, car still fells tight
Original plugs, which I plan on changing soon, not looking forward to that job.
Yes, watch the lash adjusters, as soon as you hear noise inspect.
One of the best cars I ever owned for low maintenance.

Holy heck thats a ton of miles. Wonder if its the most in the Mustang world for an S197
My 95 tbird had over 220k when I sold it. Driven hard. no major repairs (water pump only thing outside maintenance, normal wear n tear items)
Go 4.6l!

I have a 2006 Vista Blue with 202,000 all on orginal clutch and motor. I have only done regular maintence on it. It has been on the drag strip, on a road course and in car shows. Still runs like a champ! Just got back from driving her from Texas to Florida and back, then 2 weeks later drove from Houston to Dallas and next month going to a National Show in Mustang, Oklahoma. I plan on driving her there as well. She has been a great car and I have enjoyed every mile I've put on her. I purchased the car new and it had 25 miles on it. 10 of which I put on it test driving.
