Mercury Navigation for Mustang

Has anyone tried to install a Lincoln or Mercury Navigation unit in a Mustang? Do you need any extra wiring. I would think not since the same unit installs in the Mustang. Do you need to have the unit reprogrammed for it to work propery. Can a ford dealership do that? Do they charge to have it done?

Thanks for the help.

I have a similar question about FLM non mustang OEM radios. Since I have an 07, I have the Aux "Line In" in the console. Do all of these Nav units have the connector for that at the back so it will still work? I have the Shaker 500.

I have a feeling they're all the same. The unit in my new Expedition appears identical to the one in the Navigator and also similar to those that have been posted here on TMS.
